Hillcrest, a community of 6000 residents, is surrounded by the neighborhoods of South Hollywood Hills to the north, Washington Park on the west, South Central along the east, and  Pembroke Road to the south.

The quality of life in Hillcrest is improving on a daily basis.  COP is creating a meaningful, long lasting relationship with the Police Department.  COP and Crime Watch programs were designed to prevent you from becoming a victim.  It's not always someone else that is unfortunate, remember that.
